Each Assets features, costs and status are detailed in an easy to use format with GPS locations and photos. Bar code scanning ability enables accurate mobilization, location monitoring, demobilization, and accumulation of incident cost for any asset, equipment, or resource. Resource use and costs are supported with incident-specific information including attachments (photos, field logs, maintenance notes, contracts, etc.) to support client billing, claims, and agency audits. BoltEOC™ mobile application can collect, process, and store data offline for later upload. If the event becomes a federal declared disaster, selected information may be carried over to the Recovery Module for Disaster Costs submittal documentation.
