Karl Lackey
Karl Lackey serves as Program Manager – Utilities and Infrastructure, with DP&O.
He specializes in utilities and Infrastructure assessments, strategic planning, Emergency Response measures and data forensics and recovery. He is highly skilled in document control, damage assessments validations, emergency costs and contractor reconciliation and FEMA submittals, preparation and review.
In addition to other projects, as Program Manager, Karl led the reconciliation effort for Homestead and Homestead Electrical Services, ACE Power, MS -- over-seeing crews and large scale field operations, GPS data capture, GIS mapping, overlays, FEMA compliant photographic evidence, damage assessments, and drone enabled thermal imaging of all assets in field. He oversees reconciliation process and protocols of all materials, FL, FE, MAA, Contractors, Pre and Post Disaster inventories, etc - submissions to FEMA, and manages RFI responses.
Karl is also on the Software Solutions lead team, working on development, field testing and implementation efforts.
